Claris Corporate Headquarters Awarded LEED Certificate - Gold Rated Green Building By USGBC
Claris has been awarded LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certificate - Gold Rating for our Corporate Headquarters building, by USGBC (US Green Building Council). The certification was awarded in June 2018, after an assessment of the building. It is even more commendable as in Existing Buildings category, ours is the second building in India to be awarded such Gold certification by USGBC.
LEED is the most widely used green building rating system in the world, providing a framework to create healthy, sustainable, and cost-effective green buildings.

Arjun Handa, Vice Chairman and MD, recognised as one of ‘The Economic Times Most Promising Business Leaders of Asia 2017-18’.
The recognition was conferred in the 2nd edition of ‘The Economic Times Asian Business Leaders Conclave’, which was held at The Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on November 29-30, 2017.

India's Best Companies To Work For 2017
Claris has been declared as one of ‘India's Best Companies To Work For’ and one of the best companies in ‘Healthcare’ industry in 2017, for the 8th year in a row, by The Economic Times & Great Place to Work® Institute, India.
Our conducive work environment, value-based work culture, and people-oriented work practices were recognised in the study. The awards were received by Shyam Sharma, President - HRM & Corp. Communication and Hardeep Nagar, Sr. GM - HRM & Corp. Communication during the ceremony held at ITC Grand Central, Mumbai on June 30, 2017. The Economic Times too published a special supplement on ‘India's Best Companies To Work For 2017' in its July 3, 2017 edition.
Earlier in the year, we had also been declared as a ‘Great Place to Work® Certified’ organisation by Great Place to Work® Institute, India. It is awarded to the organisations that are rated high in employee responses and people practices.
Over 7,000 organisations across more than 50 countries undergo a Great Place To Work® assessment each year, to measure the level of trust, pride, and camaraderie among their people. The 2017 India study adjudged about 600 organisations, spanning across 20 industries, making it the largest survey of workplace cultures in corporate India.
The consecutive 8th recognition on such a distinguished podium vouches once again that our belief ‘people are everything’ is indeed true to life!

President - HRM & Corp. Communication receives 'Most Influential HR Leaders in India' Award
Shyam Sharma, President - HRM & Corp. Communication, has been conferred 'Most Influential HR Leaders in India' award, during Silver Jubilee celebration of World HRD Congress at Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai on Feb 15, 2017.
The esteemed award recognises his strategic perspective, future orientation, integrity & ethics, and HR impact besides other criteria & competencies. The recognition presented is an outcome of a thorough research by a research cell. The researchers produced a shortlist of individuals, which was then reviewed and adjudged by an elite jury comprising Prof. Indira Parikh (Ex Dean - IIM-A), Dr. Arun Arora (Ex President & CEO - The Economic Times), and Dr. R. L. Bhatia (Founder - World CSR Day and World Sustainability), among other prominent professionals.

Claris receives Great Manager Awards 2016
Claris has received Great Manager Awards 2016, and has been featured in the Top 20 list of ‘Companies with Great Managers’.
An initiative by People Business, in partnership with The Times of India, this reputable award recognises the efforts of truly great managers of Claris, who drive meaningful results by aligning the people to the organisation’s vision, enabling performance, building effective teams, all the while maintaining individual credibility. The honour was presented to Claris after an understanding of the overall managerial effectiveness index through the members’ survey.
The recognition was conferred at an award ceremony held at Hotel Westin, Mumbai on Sep 30, 2016, and the award was received by Shyam Sharma, President - HRM & Corp. Communication and Chandan Purohit - President - Finance. The event brought together about 250 CEOs and CHROs, along with the best managers, from across the country.

Claris recognised among India's Top 50 Most Promising Brands
Claris has been recognised in the Top 50 ‘India’s Most Promising Brands 2016’, constituted by World Consulting and Research Corporation (WCRC), in association with iBrands 360. The acknowledgement was announced during the annual brand festival, WCRC IdeasFest 2016.
India’s Most Promising Brands 2016 is a brand project that represents the most credible, transparent, and differentiated standard of brand research. WCRC is a 360-degree business consulting company, whereas iBrands 360 is a specialised research company.
The list of Top 50 derived out of about 500 brands across industries, identified through research on several parameters. The brands in top 50 list showed tremendous promise and growth over the past few years, and created a significant impact on the minds of consumers.
The event, held at Grand Hyatt, Goa on Aug 30, 2016, was inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister of Goa, Francis D'souza, and attended by business leaders from across the country. The event was also the launch-pad for ‘India’s Most Promising Brands Coffee Table Book’, which features Claris’ article.
Such recognition ascertains that our prime focus on management & quality excellence and people orientation has helped us attain a distinct brand image among the industry stalwarts!

Claris has been ranked 1st in ‘Healthcare’ industry and among Top 50 in ‘India's Best Companies To Work For’ 2016 study, conducted by The Economic Times and Great Place To Work® Institute, India. This is the 7th year in a row that we have achieved recognition in this study.
More than 7,000 organisations across over 50 countries undergo a Great Place To Work® assessment every year, to measure the level of trust, pride, and camaraderie among people. This year, the India study adjudged about 800 organisations that spanned across 16 industries and included more than 1.5 lakh employees, making it the largest survey of workplace cultures in corporate India.

Claris receives Gold Award 2015 from MedAssets
Claris recently received Gold Supplier Award 2015 from MedAssets, a premier Group Purchasing Organisation (GPO) in the United States, during 2016 MedAssets Healthcare Business Summit held at Las Vegas, Nevada, USA in April 2016.
The award recognises us for providing high quality supplies, contributing to efficient healthcare operations, and creating market leading value.
Currently, there are 1,800 companies registered in supplier contracts with MedAssets; with achieving Silver Award in 2013 and Gold Award in 2014, we are honoured to receive this accolade as a hat-trick win.

Arjun Handa, Vice Chairman and MD, has received ‘Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award 2016’ in the ‘Most Promising’ category by Enterprise Asia*.
The trophy, certificate, and awards publication were presented at an award ceremony held on Mar 24, 2016 at JW Marriott, New Delhi, where the Chief Guest of the event was General V. K. Singh - Minister of State for External Affairs.
The Entrepreneurship Award has been bestowed upon Handa for his outstanding and exemplary achievements in entrepreneurship, having displayed promising accomplishments to advance Claris to be one of the leading businesses.

Claris has received ‘Best Workplace Practices Award’ and ‘HR Leadership Award’ at the 24th Global HR Excellence Awards, constituted by the World HRD Congress. The awards were conferred during the ceremony held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on Feb 15, 2016.
The ‘Best Workplace Practices Award’ conferred to Claris is a recognition of our organisational values, work culture, and best of the people practices. This appreciation affirms our ideology that ‘people are everything’.
The ‘HR Leadership Award’ has been conferred to Shyam Sharma, President - HRM & Corp. Communication, for his valuable contribution in nurturing organisational culture and developing best workplace practices.

It is the largest and most comprehensive survey of workplace culture in corporate India, which surveyed over 700 organisations spanning 20 industries, to measure the level of trust, pride, and camaraderie among people.
The awards were received by Shyam Sharma, President - HRM & Corporate Communication, during the ceremony held at Hotel Trident, Mumbai on Jul 10, 2015. The Economic Times also released a special supplement on ‘India's Best Companies to Work for 2015' in its Jul 13, 2015 edition.
This laudable achievement is a reaffirmation of our unswerving belief that ‘people are everything’.
